Phase 3 (maintenance) Day 7

I ended out my Phase 2 at 269.3. I feel really good that I lost almost 30 lbs in 6 weeks. (I actually lost 30 lbs if you count the highest weight I had while loading...) Now the hard part is maintaining during this stabilization phase. I was up to 271.7 yesterday (Mainly, I think due to lack of movement in the intestines... it took them a while to catch up to the idea that I'm eating a lot more now!), so I did a modified Steak Day like Dr. S described in Lbs and Inches... and came back down to 270.2. Now my problem is I have a miserable cold, and I'll be doing good to get in the number of calories that I need to reset to without gaining... My goal is around 2400 calories.  It seems like a lot, but that is what my body has been using for the last 6 wks, on average. (You calculate that by taking your avg daily loss [# lbs lost / # of days on P2] and multiplying that by 3500)
